Located right by the train station and a short walk to the Duomo, the friendly staff made our mornings brighter. Breakfast was a satisfying start, and daily maid service kept everything clean.

The facilities could definitely use an upgrade!!! Dim bathroom lighting makes getting ready a hassle, while missing essentials like a full-length mirror and proper suitcase holders are disappointing!!! A little extra attention to cleanliness is warranted too!!!

the room was like a dark cave, and let’s not forget the abysmal lighting. also, I had to carry my luggage up and down, like I was staying at a hostel! at this rate, a complimentary bottle of water or even a simple upgrade would have been appreciated, but I guess that’s too much to ask for at this so-called hotel.

Staying next door was a delight. the proximity to restaurants and the train station made exploring easy. Our room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast selection was surprisingly good, featuring various pastries and fresh fruits.

My stay at Hotel Universo, Wtb Hotels was delightful! The location in Piazza Santa Maria Novella was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and major sites. The staff were warm and provided excellent recommendations for nearby cafes and restaurants.

The location is vibrant with nearby cafes and attractions. The staff were fabulous and super helpful! ! A mini fridge in the room was convenient too.

The location is fantastic, a short stroll to the train station and surrounded by vibrant restaurants. Our room was spacious with lovely natural light. If you're looking for activities, I recommend checking out Circolo Golf Ugolino nearby, perfect for family fun.

My wife says that the water pressure in the shower could be better.

Wtb Hotels was in a perfect location, super close to the train station and lots of restaurants. Our classic double room was comfortable and clean. The friendly staff made our stay even better, and the lift was convenient for getting our luggage around.

It was just a reliable pick for a city break in Florence with extraordinarily good value for money. The cleaning staff was friendly and promptly resolved my concerns when I reported an issue with the shower. Try to ask for a room away from the street for a quieter night.

We enjoyed our time in the Superior Double Room with a gorgeous city view. Despite some street noise, the location was perfect for exploring. Breakfast offered a nice variety, although a few more hot options would enhance it. Definitely consider bringing earplugs for a more restful sleep!
